I don't know why Canada gets checked off on that list, but I wouldn't be surprised if Bush did invade... It makes no more sense than some of his other brilliant moves...

I think the voice thing was suppoed to be a pleasant effect, like the music... For the most part, it didn't work for me, either... (though I did like how it "zoned out" when the videographer wanted to move onto the next point...)
